Lemon Garlic Salmon
INGREDIENTS
1 salmon filet
1 sweet potato, cubed
broccolini
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon
Salt, pepper, EBTBS
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
👉Sauté minced garlic and olive for for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze 1/2 lemon into pan and cook another 2 minutes.
👉Season salmon with salt, pepper and EBTBS. Place in pan skin side up.
👉Cook 5-8 minutes or until crisp. Flip.
👉Cook an additional 5-8 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Plate.
👉Add slice of lemon on top for Instagram likes.
👉Cube sweet potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, cinnamon and olive oil. Bake @ 400 for 35 minutes. Toss 15 minutes in to cook thoroughly.
👉Sauté broccolini in olive oil with salt and pepper 5-8 minutes or until crisp. Squeeze 1/2 lemon for the perfect kick.
